In addition, Dr. Pomeraniec utilizes genetic testing to understand a patient’s response to medication by reviewing pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic genes that play a crucial role in both metabolism and impact of medications. This helps decrease the length of time required to reach symptom remission.
